4.2 Each individual may hold only one Account on the gopk platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including any bonus credit.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gopk login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. gopk will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised activity resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.4 You must notify gopk immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. gopk provides two-factor authentication as an additional security measure and strongly recommends that all Players enable this feature.
gopk is required to conduct KYC verification in accordance with its obligations under applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing frameworks. You agree to provide any documentation requested by gopk for KYC purposes, which may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and evidence of the source of deposited funds. Withdrawal requests may be withheld pending completion of KYC verification.
5.1 All financial transactions on the gopk platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). gopk does not impose currency conversion fees on its side; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
6.1 All bets, wagers, and gaming activity on gopk are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, or arcade games. These rules are published within each respective product section of the gopk platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6.2 gopk reserves the right to void any bet, wager, or game round where there is evidence of technical error, data feed malfunction, pricing error, or any circumstances that rendered the result invalid or that could not reasonably have been anticipated at the time the bet was placed.
6.3 Cricket and PSL betting on gopk is governed by the cricket-specific betting rules published in the sportsbook section. These rules cover settlement of matches affected by rain, abandonment, result reversals following judicial or regulatory decisions, and other contingencies. The rules published at the time of bet placement apply.
6.4 All in-play (live) bets are accepted at gopk's discretion. gopk reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without prior notice, including during periods of system maintenance or where live data feeds are unavailable.
6.5 The maximum payout on a single bet or game round is subject to limits set by gopk and/or the relevant game provider. These limits are published in the applicable product rules and may be updated from time to time.

10.1 The gopk platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gopk disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2 gopk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business, or loss of profits, regardless of whether gopk was advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 gopk's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gopk Account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 gopk shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond gopk's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, network failures, or third-party payment provider outages.
11.1 gopk is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling among all Pakistani players and its broader user base. Gambling on gopk is intended as a form of adult entertainment and must not be treated as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

12.2 Where an Account is closed for a breach of these Terms, gopk reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in the Account, including deposited funds, bonus credit, and pending withdrawal requests, to the extent permitted by law and applicable regulations.
12.3 Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, where gopk withdraws its services from a particular jurisdiction — any verified, unencumbered balance will be returned to the Player via the payment method on file within a reasonable timeframe.
12.4 You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting gopk customer support. You are responsible for settling any outstanding wagering commitments or pending transactions prior to requesting closure. Remaining balances will be returned to you subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing timeframes.
13.1 gopk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, gopk will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address or mobile number registered to the Account, or by prominent notice on the gopk platform.
13.2 Your continued use of the gopk platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.

14.4 Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
